How Playstation Games Guide Born - Part 1I am a building estimator that always busy during working time. Sometime even O.T in office till 4am to meet the Tender submission deadline. Well.. Just imagine how tension was my working life :( There was one night, while I over time alone in office, its about 11pm, I asked myself:
"Calvin, are you going to continue your working life like this till age of 55?" "Of Course Not! I gotta do something..." From that day on.. I hands on to read a lot of books that teach people how to get rich. From the famous "rich dad poor dad" book, it suggested me to build a business that can run by it own and generate passive income, so that I can enjoy life with the $$ that made from this business.. It is Perfect! So I start to look for business model that able to fulfill this criteria.. After few months of detailed analysis on different business model.. I finally chose to "Build a make money website" You may ask:" Why? Whats the reason behind?" Well.. I have discover lot of benefits by building a make money website: 1.The website can run 24 hour a day by it own, customers can purchase from my website anytime even though I am sleeping :) 2. Website able to reach worldwide, that mean I have chance to make money from any PC owner in any part of the world as long as they are connecting to the internet. The exposure is awesome! 3. Whole website is running by automated system. I DO NOT need any human staffs that need to pay salary; ask for increment and bonus, and no need to pay office rental :) Once my website is up and running, the most I need to do is reply the enquiry from the site visitors like you, or update my website content if necessary. In shorts, it keep my business running cost to minimum :) 4. It keep the risk to minimum. Just imagine if you own a shop, you may be worry that your shop will be robbed, damaged by fire or flood.. but talking about website in the internet world.. you can't hurt it.. even though a hacker come in and screw my whole website, I just need to re-upload my backup copy.. and it take less than few hours ( In fact, nothing to hack, my website is a content based website that open to everyone ) 5.I can work at my convenience time and place; no need to arrange appointment, no need to work 9am - 5pm and suffer from traffic jam everyday and even work with my penjamas :) 6.The setup cost and running cost is VERY LOW compare to other business models. Let face the fact, it is impossible for me to dump large portion of few years savings into ONE business and hope for it will success.. How about if it fail? Spend another few years to re-accumulate the bullet? Yiks! We do not have lot of few years in our life.. After consider all these factors, I start to dirty my hands and work on building a website... Well, I am a building estimator that calculate bricks and concrete.. HTML or javascripts are outer-space language for me.. How am i going to create a website? Read on :)
