Playstation 3 is using bluray disc as game media, whereas Xbox is still using the double layer DVD as game media. For your information, in term of storage capacity, bluray disc can store 54GB of data and this is six times higher of that a double layer DVD! So I believe the graphic quality of Playstation 3 will be much better than that of Xbox since it has much more storage space to play around with. Futhermore, you can also use Playstation 3 as a bluray disc player to watch High Definition (HD) movies. By doing so you can clearly see the different in image quality between the bluray disc and DVD. At the moment Playstation 3 have more choices of games compared to Xbox , because those big game development player are still investing their money, time and effort to develop Playstation 3 games.
